Returns Policy

Kunye wants you to love your purchase and we will do our best to ensure your happiness. Should there be anything in the way of total satisfaction, please refer to the following. 

For hygienic reasons, we regretfully and without exception are unable to accept exchanges or returns. A  credit or exchange will be provided if your packaged was damaged during shipment by the carrier, or if you received the wrong products.

My goods were damaged during shipment.
Please inspect your product upon delivery for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. If your product has been damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product at hello@kunye.ca so that a damage claim can be processed. Please provide your full name, phone number, the name of the product, a photo of the damge and a brief description of the issue so that we can resolve the matter and replace your product as quickly as possible. Please note that you will be required to return the damaged product to us (shipping charges will be credited back to you). You cannot request that your product be replaced by a different product, an identical product will be sent to you to replace the damaged item.

I received the wrong item in my shipment.
We apologize for any errors made on our end and accept all responsibility for shipment of the wrong product. Please inspect your product upon delivery to confirm that the correct item has been shipped to you. If the item you received is not the one you ordered, please contact us at hello@kunye.ca, within 24 hours so that a claim can be processed. Please provide your full name, phone number, the name of the product (or SKU) and the nature of the issue so that we can resolve the issue and replace your product as quickly as possible. Please note that you will be required to return the incorrect product to us (shipping charges will be credited back to you).

Bespoke (custom) blends:  Please note that all Bespoke products are a final sale. If you are not happy with your blend, you are entitled to up to 3 complimentary adjustments to th blend within 15 days of receiving your product. Please contact Melissa to arrange an appointment for adjustment
